Implementation Plan for a 14-Day Short-Term Training Program on "New Energy Vehicles" in Guangxi, China
To provide knowledge in the field of modern automotive technology, access the latest technological trends, and understand electric powertrain systems, fuel cells, and solutions for optimizing the performance of new energy vehicles; and to strengthen the cooperative relationship between Hanoi University of Industry and Guangxi University of Science and Technology, China, particularly in developing the Vehicle and New Energy Training Program, School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering is implementing a 14-day short-term training program on “New Energy Vehicles” organized by Guangxi University of Science and Technology.
The specific details are as follows:
1. Time, Location, and Participants
a) Duration: Two weeks (tentatively from June 15th,2025, to June 29th, 2025).
b) Participants:
- 02 lecturers
- Thirty (30) students fromSchool of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering (This program is specifically for K17 and K18 students from the following programs: Automotive Engineering
Technology, Automotive Mechatronics Engineering Technologyand Transport Mechanical Engineering)

3. Funding
- Guangxi University of Science and Technology will cover travel expenses from Pingxiang to Liuzhou, accommodation costs, and training fees.
- Students will be responsible for passport and visa application fees, round-trip travel expenses from Hanoi to Pingxiang, meal expenses, and a management fee (details in Appendix II of the official proposal document).
- The University (HaUI) will cover expenses for lecturers in accordance with its internal spending regulations.
