1. Program Educational Objectives

PEO 1: Have knowledge in social science, political science and law to resolve common problems related to training major.

PEO 2: Have specialized knowledge to resolve problems related to Mechanical and Industrial Design field.

PEO 3: Have professional skill in analyzing, evaluating, solving specialized problems. Have the ability to work in groups and communicate efficiently in technical and non-technical environments.

PEO 4: Have a professional attitude and working style, as well as strong professional ethics and discipline.

2. Student Outcomes

SO 1: Have the ability to apply basic knowledge in social science, political science and law to resolve problems related to the field of training major.

SO 2: Have the ability to apply basic knowledge in information technology to meet job requirements.

SO 3: Have the ability to apply knowledge, technique, skills and modern tools of mathematics, science, technique and technology to resolve technical issues related to Mechanical and Industrial Design.

SO 4: Have the ability to apply vast knowledge in theory and practice in the scope of training major

SO 5: Have the ability to apply knowledge of planning, organizing, supervising, managing and operating specialized activities.

SO 6: Have the ability to evaluate and improve efficiently activities.

SO 7: Have the ability to communicate in writing, speaking and using graphic in technical and non-technical environments; have the ability to select and use appropriate technical documents.

SO 8: Have the ability to work efficiently as the role of a member or leader in technical groups.

SO 9: Have the level 3 in foreign language level according to the 6-level foreign language competency framework in Vietnam.

3. Career opportunities after graduation:

After graduation, students can work in following fields:

- Design products (mechanical and electronics products, household products, automobile, motorbike…);

- Manage design; supervise and evaluate products;

- Research at institutes, Research and Development Department (R&D) of enterprises;

- Teach at universities, colleges…
