1. Program Educational Objectives
Train Master majoring in Transport Mechanical Engineering to have the high specialized level; have the capability to research and lead research groups in fields of the major; have scientific thinking and the ability to approach and resolve specialized research issues; have the ability to present and introduce scientific contents; have the specialized ability to serve training at university and college levels.
Master in Transport Mechanical Engineering must have general thinking method and system; have the ability to approach, organize and resolve research and technical issues of Transportation Engineering major; have the ability and scientific research methods independently and creatively; have the ability to adapt socio-economic environment of globalization and international integration. Moreover, Master after graduation must ensure general requirements about professional ethics and attitude to comply with occupational safety principles.
- Specific objective:
PEO 1: Have knowledge in mathematics, natural science to adapt the acquisition and apply specialized educational knowledge in the field of transportation engineering.
PEO 2: Have basic knowledge in engineering and the field of transportation engineering; physical processes of power source, automotive dynamics, maintenance system, repair, registration and power source assembly producing line and transport;
PEO 3: Have skills in profession, communication as well as management to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural and multinational environments.
PEO 4: Have professional ethics and economic and political knowledge; have basic knowledge in the field of social sciences and humanities which is suitable for the field of transportation engineering to contribute to the sustainable development of society and community; have spirit to rise in life; have learning mindset to enhance the professional qualification and management capacity to develop profession; have a lifelong learning mindset.
2. Student Outcomes
SO 1: Have the ability to apply knowledge in mathematics, natural science and technique to resolve issues related to transport mechanical engineering;
SO 2: Have the ability to analyze, calculate design, simulate and evaluate components, systems related to the field of transport mechanical engineering;
SO 3: Have the ability to communicate effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments; have the ability to search and use suitable technical documents;
SO 4: Have the ability to plan, analyze and evaluate the practicality of research work, affect locally and globally research issues with individuals, organizations and society;
SO 5: Have the ability to apply skills and technical tools in research, design and evaluate scientific issues in the field of transportation engineering;
