1. Program Educational Objectives
Students majoring in Automotive Engineering Technology (AET) Program, within 2-3 years after graduation, will be able to:
- PEO 1: Develop technical solutions for the performance of service, design and management in the automotive industry;
- PEO 2: Work professionally in a global industrial environment;
- PEO 3: Truthfully and actively participate in career development, continuous improvement, and lifelong learning.
2. Student Outcomes
Graduated students majoring in AET Program will be able to:
SO 1: Apply knowledge, techniques, skills and modern methods of mathematics, science, engineering and technology to solve engineering problems relating to the AET industry;
SO 2: Design systems, components or processes that meet specific requirements for engineering problems relating to the AET industry;
SO 3: Communicate in written form, verbally and graphically in technical and non-technical work environments; identify and use appropriate technical documentation;
SO 4: Perform standard tests, measurements and experiments; analyze and interpret experimental results for process improvement;
SO 5: Work effectively as a member and leader of technical teams.
3. Career opportunities after graduation:
Students after graduation can take on the following jobs: operate and exploit technique in manufacturing factories; assemble and repair automobiles; inspect motor vehicles; Teach and research at central training establishments.
