Students of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering recruited by VinFast before graduation
Fifteen outstanding students of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering (SMAE) have just been officially recruited by VinFast Trading and Production Joint Stock Company. Notably, this recruitment took place immediately after their internship and project implementation at the VinFast factory, while they had not yet graduated.
This is clear evidence of the effectiveness of the practice-oriented training model that SMAE is implementing. A VinFast representative highly praised the professional competence, work ethic, and learning spirit of the school's students throughout their direct working process at the factory.
The fact that VinFast recruited students directly at the factory before graduation not only shows confidence in the quality of training but also affirms the appeal of the high-tech human resources produced by SMAE. The closed-loop model of training - internship - recruitment is becoming a significant advantage, helping the school's students secure jobs immediately after completing their studies and directly meeting the rigorous demands of the current labor market.
