Closely associated with the more than 128-year journey of development and growth of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering will officially launch talented engineer and master’s degree training program in STEM fields starting from 2026. This is considered a strategic step toward realizing the University’s goal of becoming an innovation-driven university and training highly qualified human resources for key technology industries.

Hanoi University of Industry announces the admission of master’s programs for 2026, offering a total of 14 disciplines. Among them, the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering offers 3 programs: Mechanical Engineering, Transport Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics Engineering. On July 29th, 2025, the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering (SMAE) in collaboration with the Center for Postgraduate Studies, successfully held the Master's thesis defense session for the Mechanical Transportation Engineering major. The event was not only a significant milestone for the graduate students but also a clear testament to the School's capacity for specialized training and its focus on applied scientific research in mechanical transportation engineering—a field of strategic importance in modern industry.

In the warm atmosphere of the end of the year, on December 17th, 2024, School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering cooperated with Korean Master’s Association to organize meaningful scholarship ceremony for students. This event marks a new step toward the cooperation of both sides, simultaneously demonstrates the strong commitment of Korean Master’s Association in supporting education and human resources developments in Vietnam.
