School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering (SMAE) – HaUI Announces Admission for 3 Talented Engineer and Master’s Programs in 2026

Closely associated with the more than 128-year journey of development and growth of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering will officially launch talented engineer and master’s degree training program in STEM fields starting from 2026. This is considered a strategic step toward realizing the University’s goal of becoming an innovation-driven university and training highly qualified human resources for key technology industries.

The implementation of talent training programs closely follows the major orientations of the Party and the State regarding the development of science, technology, and high-quality human resources. Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo emphasizes the requirement for attractive mechanisms and policies to attract outstanding learners in the fields of basic sciences, engineering, and technology, while also accelerating the development of talented training programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. To concretize this orientation, on April 23, 2026, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision No. 995/QĐ-BGDĐT, approving the list of talented training programs in the STEM field under the Project "Training Human Resources for High-Tech Development in the Period 2025 – 2035”.
