In the context of increasing attention to energy saving and emission reduction in the transportation sector, accurately evaluating the fuel consumption of automobiles is of great significance for training, research, and vehicle inspection. The research project led by MSc. Ngo Quang Tao has successfully designed and manufactured a device for measuring the mass of gasoline consumed by automobiles under actual operating conditions, opening up many application prospects in training and research at the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering (SMAE), Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI).

After more than a month of vibrant competition through multiple intense rounds, the 1st “Automation Machine Design” Competition organized by the SMAE has officially come to an end. This competition was not only a platform for students to leave a mark of their professional knowledge but also a showcase of their creativity and dedication.

On November 24th, 2025, the University-level Research Project Evaluation Council conducted an assessment of the project titled “Research, Design, and Fabrication of an Outdoor Mobile Robot Using a Multi-Sensor Localization System,” chaired by Assoc.
