On the morning of July 31, 2026, the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry, held the closing ceremony of the short-term training course “Programming and Operation of 5-Axis CNC Milling Machining Centers” and simultaneously organized job placement activities for trainees after training. This marks an important step in the School’s strategy of innovation, technology transfer, and enhancement of human resource quality, meeting the requirements of the labor market in the era of Industry 4.0.

Against the backdrop of the mechanical manufacturing industry’s strong shift toward automation and precision machining technologies, 5-axis CNC milling machining technology has become a key solution in factories. The training course on programming and operation of 5-axis CNC milling machines at the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering was designed to help mechanical engineers master the technology, optimize production processes, and meet employers’ requirements.

To date, with the companionship of Beijing Jingdiao Group Vietnam Co., Ltd., the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering has successfully implemented two training courses, is currently conducting the third course, and will continue to expand the program in the coming period. The large number of trainees from both within and outside the School participating in the program demonstrates the appeal of the course as well as the high practical value it brings to learners.
