School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering held the closing ceremony of the internship and awarded a certificate to the student from CESI École d'Ingénieurs (France)

On the morning of October 7th, 2026, the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering (SMAE), Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) held the closing ceremony of the internship and awarded a certificate of internship completion to student Owen TARBES from CESI École d'Ingénieurs (France). The program continued to affirm the effectiveness of international cooperation and the integrated training environment of the School in attracting international students to study, research, and experience.

The event not only marked the four-month internship journey of the international student at the SMAE, but also affirmed the School's strong strides in the strategy of internationalizing education, expanding cooperation with prestigious training institutions worldwide, and building a multicultural, internationally integrated learning environment.

During the internship from June to October 2026, student Owen TARBES studied, researched, and gained practical experience at the SMAE. Through accessing the modern laboratory system and practice workshops, participating in professional activities and projects under the guidance of experienced lecturers, Owen had the opportunity to enhance his specialized knowledge, develop practical skills, and broaden his understanding of the technical training environment in Vietnam.

Speaking at the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Tien Dung, Rector of the SMAE, congratulated student Owen TARBES on excellently completing the internship program. He acknowledged the serious learning spirit, receptive attitude, and unremitting efforts of the student during his study at the School. According to Assoc.
