On May 16 and 19, 2026, the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), organized the Graduation Thesis Defense for students enrolled in the English-taught programs of Mechatronics Engineering Technology and Automotive Engineering Technology. On 4/22/2026, the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry organized the Departmental-level Doctoral Dissertation Evaluation Committee for PhD Candidate Khuat Duc Duong, majoring of Mechanical Engineering. On 15/4/2026, at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), the 3rd International Scientific Conference on Sustainable and Emerging Technologies for Smart Manufacturing (SETSM 2026) was officially inaugurated. The conference attracted nearly 250 research papers submitted by scientists and experts from numerous countries, reaffirming SETSM’s role as a reputable and influential academic forum in the fields of smart manufacturing and sustainable development.
