Students of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering visit and experience enterprises

With a training orientation closely linked to real-world production practices, helping students access professional working environments and job opportunities while still studying at the University, in April 2026, the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) organized a series of enterprise visits and hands-on experience activities at partner enterprises.

The School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering continues to affirm its learner-centered educational philosophy. Enterprise visits are an important part of the School’s strategy to help students strengthen their academic orientation and career development in line with practical industry demands, gain deeper insights into production processes, advanced technologies, and corporate culture, as well as expand internship and employment opportunities at reputable enterprises during their studies.

In this visit, nearly 160 students from K18 and K19 cohorts of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering directly visited, learned from, and gained hands-on experience at three strategic partner enterprises, including: Yamaguchi Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Molex Vietnam Co., Ltd., and Cosmos 1 Technology Co., Ltd.

At Yamaguchi Vietnam Joint Stock Company, students learned about a professional working environment and Japanese corporate culture, while further strengthening their study orientation in line with the actual demands of the labor market. Company representatives also shared the 2026 recruitment plan, helping students proactively prepare professional knowledge, vocational skills, working attitudes, and foreign language proficiency to be ready for suitable job opportunities.

At Molex Vietnam Co., Ltd., students were introduced to modern production processes that meet international standards and had the opportunity to explore a professional and creative working environment from office spaces to the company’s extracurricular and living areas. These practical experiences helped students gain a deeper understanding of global corporate culture and professional working styles, while also providing them with clearer career orientation for their future after graduation.

At Cosmos 1 Technology Co., Ltd., students had the opportunity to listen to practical sharing sessions on advanced production management models, the company’s future development orientation and potential, as well as real-world experiences from industry experts. The exchange session became lively with a series of practical questions from students regarding broad career opportunities in the mechanical and automotive engineering fields as well as industry development trends in the new technological era.

The visit to Cosmos 1 Technology Co., Ltd. provided students with vivid insights into their field of study, while also strengthening the cooperative relationship between the School and the enterprise, thereby opening up numerous attractive internship and employment opportunities for future engineers.

The highlight of this activity series is the close integration of enterprise visits, practical experiences, and career opportunity introductions. At each destination, enterprise representatives directly shared information about workforce demands, recruitment requirements, essential skills, and career development pathways, thereby helping students gain a clearer understanding of their academic goals and personal career orientation.

The enterprise visits were successfully concluded, leaving many valuable impressions and meaningful experiences for students of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering. The practical knowledge, career-oriented lessons, and strengthened connections with enterprises will serve as important motivation for students to constantly practice, improve their capacity, and be ready to integrate and grasp attractive employment opportunities in the future.
